У меня проблемы. Я заказала через Инет посылку с лекарствами для лошади из США, но она не дошла в срок. Я известила об этом поставщика, и они за свой счет отправили еще одну посылку. Она тоже в срок не дошла. Я снова известила их и получила такой ответ:

Кто знает, как связаться с таможней? Сумма заказа вместе с доставкой чуть меньше 300 баксов.
Мне непеременно надо выцепить его до конца февраля.

Я вчера сгоряча написала им так:
"I thought, that the express service is supposed to inform me about any problems with customs? Aren`t they? What do the say about the problem. As I don`t know, how to find contact with the customs, right now I send messages to all my friends in the Net about the problem (to those, who have horses). I hope, that they will give me an advice. I also hope that you will help me to find the necessary information, too, if you are interested in customers abroad."
Перевожу: "Я полагала, что курьерская служба должна была уведомить меня о любых проблемах с таможней? Разве нет? Что они говорят по этому поводу? Поскольку я не знаю, как связаться с таможней, прямо сейчас я рассылаю письма всем моим друзьям в сети по поводу этой проблемы (тем, у кого есть лошади). Надеюсь, что они дадут мне совет. Я также надеюсь, что вы тоже поможете мне найти необходимую информацию, если вы заинтересованы в покупателях за границей".
Сегодня я им написала:

I have the tracking number of the second package. I don`t know, if they sent it through Moscow or directly to Petersburg. In Moscow they told me, that the second package didn`t arrive to Russia.

Люди, как вы думаете, может быть, поможет, если кто-нибудь им что-нибудь напишет про нас, что лошадь больная и известная в Питере и России, и живет на пенсии и все-такое, и что, если они нам не помогут, то на имидже их компании это скажется резко отрицательно? Или лучше не связываться?

Собственно, это не совсем лекарства. В этом списке COUGH FREE – противокашлевая подкормка для Лешика, у которого подозревали эмфизему (ТТТ, сейчас он не кашляет). ENFLMX-DM EQUINE – витамины для Эльбы, NEXT LEVEL EQ – хондропротекторная подкормка для Эльбы (эти два пункта нужны особенно срочно). Раньше мне их уже присылали из США, и они приходили благополучно (присылали Jules и Оля). Одна такая посылка потерялась. Правда, заказывали их для меня граждане США. Остальное – две скребницы, крючки для копыт и игрушка-ежик для нашего ветеринара (она их коллекционирует).

Какая заметка? Там написано, что термафлекс из США не вывозят. Это мазюкалка для суставов, я ее тоже заказала, но т.к. вывозить нельзя, они ее вычеркнули из заказа. Или я что-то не так поняла.

Попробую, хотя не очень понимаю, что это означает.
Сейчас они мне написали, что обе посылки поступили в Москву. А в Москве для меня сегодня человек прозванивал Главпочтамт (цех по международным посылкам) - там ему про вторую посылку точно сказали, что она не приходила в Москву. А для первой мы еще номера не знали.
А когда я первую посылку заказывала, у меня была переписка по мылу с их работником.
Мне пришло письмо от "Claud Bell" <cabell@kvvet.com>

We need Next Level Joint Fluid before March, because my horse lives on

like to upgrade this shipment to air shipping (1-2 weeks?). »

Да, этот магазин говорит, что они послали посылку не Global Express, а просто авиапочтой, и проследить ее невозможно. Они дали мне номера для первой посылки

Попробую еще раз прозвонить Москву.
Говорят, что если таможня конфискует посылку, то деньги они не вернут, а если пришлет им обратно, то вернут. Но как же все-таки выяснить, где эта посылка может быть?
На наш почтамт я уже звонила. Они дали мне телефон Москвы и сказали звонить туда. Сказали, что если посылка у них, то они их разбирают месяцами, и по номеру найти не смогут, потому что компьютера у них нет.

But there are a lot of good staff for Joints and for a cough in Russia thats I used. Anyways just an Idea

Thank you. I decided to forget now about the stuff for a cough, as it is not so necessary, as other stuff. Yes, we have a lot of staff for joints in Russia, but the fact is that I bought and tried some stuff here, but it didn`t help in our case. Then I received this Next Level Joint Fluid from the USA and it really improved the situation (a gallon of this Fluid was quite enough for 10 months). At the same time we tried these vitamins Enflmx DM. It seems to me, that it works, too. I ordered both for the horse (a gallon of this Fluid and 3 lb of Enflmx DM Equine), but it didn`t arrive. So, if you can bring it here in February, please, do it (may be, you can bring a smaller quantity, as it can be too heavy as a luggage?). But the USA is a very big country, and the store is in Nebraska. May be, the same stuff could be bought in other states, too, but I am not sure.
Here are the references to these stuff, but I cannot check it up now as I can not get on the site of the shop from my computer (may be, the site is not loaded, or may be, they blocked for me the access to it):

I just called the post office, and they told me that a package from the USA came in the morning. After work I`ll go and check it. If smth is wrong, I`ll report about it today in the evening. If everything is OK, I`ll reply tomorrow morning or today.
P.S. The horse is very old. She has worked all her life like a school horse for beginners, in hyppotherapy and filmings. Her name is Elba. When she has grown old and could not work any more, I have taken her for pension. She has artrosus (артроз). While she stands, all is good; but when she falls down, she cannot rise herself, and it is necessary to lift her. She lives here (there are many photos). Earlier she lived here and here (from here I took her), worked also here .

No, it is not OK. When I got the package, this Fluid was not hermetically closed (there was no cap). Most part of it went out. But I think, I can use the vitamins. I will inform the shop and wait for their reply. That was the package, which had been sent in December. May be, the second one will come in 2-3 weeks.
